About the picture
This image of the tiger cub relaxing on a fallen tree was taken in Bandhavgarh National Park in 2014. The mother of the 4 cubs had left them in a safe space and was probably out hunting to feed her hungry cubs. Two of the four cubs were playing around and the other two were waiting patiently for their mother to return.
Fun Fact
The Siberian tiger has fewer stripes than the Bengal tiger, and its stripes are brown rather than black.
